Premier Trust uses the SunGard Trust System, a subsidiary of SunGard Data Systems, Inc., the largest independent provider of financial systems and recovery services in the world. SunGard was established in 1971, and is a proven full-featured trust accounting system installed in more than 500 independent banks and trust companies nationwide.
SunGard maintains, a very comprehensive Disaster Recovery Plan, which allows clients like Premier and SunGard to work from a remote site. This plan ensures that Premier's data and our clients’ data is always current, available and secure. |

SAFETY
Premier Trust, as is required by law, maintains adequate controls to assure the safety of our clients’ assets. Those controls are subject to audit by regulatory authorities. All assets are held in the name of the client and never commingled with the Company's assets.
In addition, appropriate insurance is held for the client's protection and bonding insurance is held on the employees, officers and directors. |
