MARK DRESCHLER
President/CEO

Over thirty years experience in the trust business to include administration, sales, and senior management. Managed multistate bank private client/trust divisions and started two Nevada Trust Companies. Professional and community involvement includes one of the founders and former chairman and current chairman of the Audit Committee of the Nevada Community Foundation, Board of Directors for United Way of Southern Nevada, Board of Regents for Bishop Gorman High School, and Parish Board at St. Viator Parish.

Bachelor's degree in Economics from Potsdam State College, Certified Financial Planner, and graduate of the Trust Division of Pacific Coast Banking School.

R. THOMAS RHEES
Senior Vice President

Over twenty years experience in the design, administration, investment, compliance and employee communications of individual and employer-sponsored retirement and employee benefit programs. Began career as an assistant trust officer under Mark Dreschler at First Interstate Bank of Nevada and has served in management positions for large regional trust institutions, as well as Fidelity Investments. Also served in a compliance consulting capacity for a Las Vegas law firm specializing in ERISA law, with special emphasis on fiduciary compliance.

Bachelor's degree in Family Financial Planning & Counseling from Brigham Young University and has lectured on employee benefit program design and compliance, as well as family financial planning matters, before community and professional organizations.

NANCY DIRK
Assistant Vice President / Director of Operations

Over twenty years experience in trust operations and retail banking. Premier Trust is the second trust company started as head of operations with Mark Dreschler. Associate's degree in Business Management, Diablo Valley College, Certified Trust Operations Specialist, and graduate of the Cannon Trust Operations School.

MARIE C. BRYAN
Vice President /Trust Officer

Over fourteen years experience in the Trust business.  Formerly with Wells Fargo Bank and Bank of America . (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and a member of the Southern Nevada Estate Planning Council). 

STACY LIBBEY
Assistant Vice President /Trust Officer

Over fourteen years experience in trust administration and operations. Began as administrative assistant with Mark Dreschler and assisted in starting Premier Trust. (Certified Trust and Financial Advisor.)
