Keith is responsible for leading the firm’s strategic direction, operations, and growth. He works with Premier’s broad range of clients, including High-Net-Worth Individuals, attorneys, wealth management firms, and independent financial advisors to provide dependable, responsive, and tailored trust service solutions to meet their needs.
Prior to joining Premier Trust in June 2023, Keith served as Senior Vice President, Corporate Development at Premier’s parent company, Osaic, Inc. Previously, Keith was Managing Director for Eero Capital, LLC leading a Private Equity rollup strategy.
Education: Keith earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering at Valparaiso University, and a Master of Business Administration with a focus in Finance at the Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.

Scott has over 25 years of wealth management experience, mostly in trust services. Scott has administered a complex book of trust, retirement, and investment accounts, as well as managed other officers functioning in similar capacity. Scott is adept at trust, estate, tax and financial planning, as well as business development and community outreach. Scott is a true trusted advisor for high-net-worth clients seeking trust, estate, and asset protection solutions.
Scott has previously worked for several large financial institutions including Morgan Stanley, LPL, Key Bank, Fidelity Investments, PNC Bank, and most recently First American Trust. Scott has obtained his Certificated Trust & Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Trust & Estate Practitioner (TEP) designations. Scott formerly held various securities, insurance, and real estate licenses too.

Eron has 15 years of experience in the financial services industry. Prior to joining Premier Trust, she owned and operated an independent RIA firm.
Education: Eron has a B.S. in Business Administration with a Major in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno.

Desiree has over 25 years of experience in the Estate Planning, Trust Administration, and Probate areas having worked for Estate Planning and Probate attorney’s drafting thousands of Trusts prior to coming to Premier Trust. Her expertise include helping clients establish and administer personal trusts, estate settlements, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts, and Irrevocable discretionary trusts as well as helping her clients understand the make up and distribution rules of their trusts in order to facilitate a smooth administration process.
Education: Desiree received a B.A. in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, with additional courses taken from the Paralegal Institute to finish her degree. She received her Graduate Estate Planning Consultant (GEPC) designation from The National Institute for Estate Planners. She has successfully completed the requirements for Cannon Trust School offered by Cannon Financial Institute.

Mark co-founded Premier Trust in 2001. He has been the Company’s president and CEO since inception and now serves as Chairman. Mark has forty-five plus years in the trust industry and currently employs a staff of over fifty. Mark has been and is currently involved with the Las Vegas and greater Nevada professional and local communities. He is on the PBS Planned Giving Board and is a speaker at live seminars in northern and southern Nevada educating the public on trusts and estates.
Education: Mark received a B.A. in Economics from Potsdam State College of New York and holds a certificate from the Trust Division of Pacific Coast Banking School.
